The work week is behind us and its time now to relax and gear up for a fun filled weekend. Don’t roam around with a dull body and charged up mind – change the equation that defines the dynamics of your weekend. Join us for a fun 60 minute yoga session followed by an intriguing discussion and relaxing meditation. Yoga mats are provided and no prior qualification required.
Plan for evening : Yoga from 5.30 to 6.30 (Optional)
Journey of self discovery : 6.30 to 7.30 PM
Meditation : 7.30 to 8.00 PM
Vegan Dinner : 8:00 to 8:30 PM
