You are well into the week having settled through a manic monday. Emotions are at a high and its time now to taste a little bit of everything. Join us for an evening of yoga asana practice, mantra meditation and delicious dinner.

One of the aims of a holistic yoga practice is to calm the mind and strengthen the body but interestingly enough we move around the world with a charged up mind and slackened up body.
So our focus through this session will be to stretch and tone some muscles through a beginners yoga session, follow it up with a group meditation session and a discussion tools for effective ‘Lifestyle Management’.
