Many people in the world go without food. We are lucky to be in a place where food is abundant. In the western world, one does not need to look far for establishments consorting with our enjoyment of what is convenient. But, convenience comes at a high cost for our bodies and for the environment. Please come and let us share with you Ancient Vedic traditions for preparing spiritual food. It will heighten your awareness of food, bring a sense of enjoyment to every meal. Also, we eat what we make which is pretty cool, too:)
